Our 6 course tasting menu is immersive and constantly changing. It focuses on seasonal produce, creative cooking, influenced by Swedish ingredients and what we can grow and cultivate on our farm. The ability to have our own farm animals, pick mushrooms, herbs and edible weeds in our backyard and forest has shaped our cuisine to be a true local snapshot of our area.
For us taste and consistency is of paramount importance. We work with many producers’ and suppliers from around the world, many of whom are now our friends, to acquire ingredients at their highest quality.
